7Seventy House is a mixed-use development located in the burgeoning residential community of 7th and Jackson Street in Hoboken, NJ. The building, designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects, includes 470 residential units, 5000 sf ground floor retail, extensive amenity decks and a two-acre public park.
Arterial was commissioned to develop the design for a series of rooftop courtyards that complement the buildings highly amenitized program. The pool deck takes advantage of sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline with a variety of outdoor spaces. These amenities include a large pool, outdoor grilling stations, lawn space and a variety of seating areas. The 4th floor terrace features an outdoor wet bar, flexible lawn space, a bocce ball court and casual seating perfect for just hanging out our hosting friends. The 4th floor also features a rear terrace that takes its cue from the Palisade Cliffs as a privacy garden space with lush planting and relaxing seating areas.
