If a picture is worth a thousand words, then effective graphics are worth a million. While studying multimedia design and visual communication in Seoul and New York City, Sunha fell in love with the field of Information Architecture. Sunha is a Graphic Designer and Information Architect with over 10 years of experience in a wide variety of business fields ranging from real estate marketing to planning & design; and from multimedia to architecture. In every case, Sunha works with her clients to deliver complex data effectively.
Sunha leads Arterial's Graphic Design and Place Branding efforts. Her expertise includes Information Visualization, Map Design, Wayfinding Design, Interpretive and Educational Sign Design, and Graphic Communication. Sunha has the unique ability to understand her client's goals - in detail - and translate those goals into beautiful and effective visualization tools.
Sunha's maps have been published in the ESRI Map Book as excellent examples of map design utilizing GIS. She earned her Masters in Fine Arts in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design in NYC and her BFA in Visual Design from Seoul Women's University. Sunha thrives on learning and has been teaching Information Design and Interactive Design at design schools and universities in Seoul, Korea.
