Riverside at Red Bank will be the gateway to the town. Located in a prominent spot on Shark River, this new development will bridge the gap between the waterfront and the community. 

Arterial was commissioned to design the streetscape, public space and plazas around the building as well as the central amenity space and rooftop terrace. The development includes a public plaza and lawn area to be enjoyed by all members of the surrounding community. Plant material and furnishings were selected to complement the character of the waterfront. The second floor amenity deck is the focal point of the development and features a variety of outdoor spaces that can accommodate individuals, small groups and private parties. The central lawn space is flanked on both sides by intimate seating pockets surrounded by lush plantings. At the terminus of the lawn space sits an outdoor entertaining area that includes outdoor kitchens, picnic tables and overhead strings lights with stadium seating nestled into the adjacent elevated pool. The pool deck is highly amenitized with a variety of seating options ranging from private cabanas and cafe style seating to a lean rail with stools and tanning ledge.
